Returns, Refund & Exchange
We have a 5-day Return & Exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. The territory for this policy is limited to within India only.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
You can return an item for shop credit. The credit coupon will be valid for 30 days from the date of the returned product reaching us.
Exchange is applicable and possible for a different size of the same product only, subject to stock availability.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Kindly note that The Santra Project will not be responsible for lost returns, returns damaged in transit or return shipping fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Kindly note that colours may vary slightly as the products are handmade.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards, Custom Orders, International purchases or Discounted Products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not refund money on purchased products.
